In accordance with the security scheme of the application, 3 groups of users are distinguished: Administrators, Trusted Users, and other Users.

Administrators
The main responsibility of a Jira administrator in regard to this app is selecting the TRUSTED USERS that can WRITE SQL queries from the built-in SQL Cloud console.
You have to configure the Permissions for that.
Trusted Users
Are divided into two groups:
Users who were granted SQL Cloud Write permission. These users get access to SQL Cloud Console and are able to write queries, and use Query Library and Query Builder. These queries can be shared through Dashboards using integrated gadgets for SQL Cloud. Click here to read about our gadgets.
Users who were granted SQL Cloud Connect permission. These users get access to SQL Cloud Server and are able to connect queries to Bi tools through JDBC/ODATA protocols.
other Users
Users with no granted permissions as SQL cloud Write/Cloud Connect won't be able to access either to SQL Query Console or to SQL Query server. They can view queries only on shared dashboards and will be accessed based on their data access levels (Jira Global permissions).
