The most important configuration parameter is SQL. You can type or copy&paste there any SQL+JQL query.

Sharing the Dashboard is secure as it does not compromise the gadget data privacy. The rest of the users will see the data according to their JIra permissions only. This is a nice way to share SQL+JQL queries among the rest of the users as all the SQL+JQL run in the context of the calling user. In other words, you are sharing the SQL+JQL query only, and not the data. |
The query results will be displayed on a flat table with scroll bars if the content exceeds the gadget view.
