Usage and Distribution:

This software is licensed for commercial use. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software for its intended purpose, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Distribution of this software, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from Marketplace Expert SL is strictly prohibited.

File Hosting and Download Restrictions:

All files associated with this software are exclusively hosted on Marketplace Expert SL's servers. Licensees are only permitted to download the software and associated files from the designated Marketplace Expert SL servers. Distribution or sharing of the software through any other means, including but not limited to third-party platforms, file-sharing services, personal websites, or hosting by individuals or organizations, is strictly prohibited.

Termination of Service:

Marketplace Expert SL reserves the right to cease hosting, serving, or otherwise providing access to the software at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Users acknowledge and agree that Marketplace Expert SL shall have no liability for any consequences resulting from such termination of service.

Reverse Engineering:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to discover the source code of this software is expressly forbidden. Any attempt to reverse engineer or modify the software may result in the termination of your license and legal action.

Warranty and Liability:

This software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. In no event shall Marketplace Expert SL be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this software, even if Marketplace Expert SL has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Marketplace Expert SL is located. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
