Ask Jira app does not collect personal data.

Users’ prompts

User’s prompts (questions typed by the users in natural language) are sent to OpenAI (https://openai.com).

Users’ prompts are sent to our Jira instance (https://kintosoft.atñassian.net) and saved there, only if the user clicks on the feedback buttons. Those prompts can be read by our employees staff, and used to improve Ask Jira app.

Jira Data

Jira data remains private between Jira Cloud and the user’s browser.

No Jira data are shared with third parties nor shared anywhere.
