The tree view is the default and principal view and it displays tree structures of linked issues, sub-tasks, epics and portfolio hierarchies  in JIRA:

• Issue Detail page

• Agile Board: Detail View

• KANBAN Board

A new Links Hierarchy tab panel is added to the JIRA issue page: Issue Activity Hierarchy
